We are an insurance free practice. 

TruPoint Health is considered “out of network” and our practice is “insurance free.”  We want you to enjoy the freedom to decide the best therapeutic options for your medical needs without the variable constraints of insurance companies.  To facilitate you receiving any authorized insurance benefits, our staff will provide you with a “superbill” with the appropriate diagnostic and procedure codes after each visit. The “superbill” enables you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursements. Most insurance companies offer some reimbursement; you should check with your insurance company prior to your appointment. If you need further information, please to contact our office and our helpful staff will assist you.

Please note that Medicare beneficiaries are not entitled to any reimbursement for the services we provide.  Thus, fees for services rendered will be your sole responsibility.
