Thanksgiving - Start your day by writing down 3 to 5 things/people/pets for whom you are grateful
Acknowledgment - Acknowledge (through meditation) your inner state/feelings and circumstance
Commitment - Commit to behaviors (thoughts/actions) that align with your aspirations to create favorable circumstance
Others - Share your gifts with others (e.g. listen with empathy, reach out to connect, share a laugh/humor, etc..)
Self - Self-care: Eat healthy, connect lovingly, balance work-life, have fun with fitness, sleep 7-9 hours
Resilience = Eat + Play + Love + Play
